Shipping

All orders are shipped from authorized GGC RACING INC distribution locations within the United States.

Most products ship via UPS or FedEx. Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery, especially oversized or high-value items (unless otherwise specified).

Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days

  • Some items may ship the same day

  • Custom, special-order, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Oversized items may ship via freight (LTL) and require inspection and signature at delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply for freight shipments and for deliveries to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • APO/FPO

  • Guam

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged (visible damage or damage discovered after opening):

  • Notify GGCRacing within 48 hours of delivery

  • Retain all original packaging

  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging

Do not return damaged items without written authorization.
We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to determine eligibility for repair, replacement, or refund.

For freight shipments, it is important to inspect the shipment at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.


Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

Returns must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Return request initiated within 30 days of purchase

  • A valid Return Authorization (RMA) is issued

  • Item is new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

  • Custom-built or special-order items

  • Wheel and tire packages

  • Clearance or scratch-and-dent items

  • Installed or altered products

Special-order items require full payment or deposit at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once ordered.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

  • A $10 return processing fee per item may be deducted from refunds for customer-initiated returns


Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Do not install, use, or modify the product

  • Contact our customer support team for assistance

  • Photos or video may be requested for verification

If approved, a prepaid return label may be provided. Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange, replacement, or refund will be issued as appropriate.

Products must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible.


Warranty Information

Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not GGCRacing.
Warranty terms and coverage vary by brand.

Our team can assist with warranty guidance, but final approval is determined by the manufacturer.


Free Shipping Disclaimer

Free shipping promotions apply to standard ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.

Oversized or freight items may incur additional charges.
If a free-shipping order is returned, the originally waived shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
