$20,000 Parts Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The promotion contains a judged contest (“Contest”). The computer clock of Sponsor is the official time-keeping device in the Promotion.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The $20,000 Parts Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of forty-five (45) United States (excluding Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa, and Louisiana) and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration/entry. Employees, officers, and directors of GGCRACING, and any of its subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and fulfillment agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you release, discharge, and hold harmless Promotion Parties, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising, and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing, from any and all damages, whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion or any portion thereof, or the acceptance, use/misuse, or possession of any prize. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the judges and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Iowa, and Louisiana & where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
2. TIMING:
The Promotion will consist of three (3) phases, as detailed below:
- Promotion Entry Period: Begins at or about 9:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on [AUGUST 28TH 2024] and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on [DECEMBER 2ND 2024] (the “Promotion Period”).
- Winner Announcement: The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on or about [Winner Announcement Date] at approximately 6:00 p.m. PT.
3. HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
There are three (3) ways to enter, if you are eligible per Section 1, above:
a. Purchase Method:
- Purchase any products from GGCRACING during the entry period.
- For each $[X] spent, you will receive [Y] entries into the giveaway. From time to time, we may run promotions where entries are multiplied. The specifics of these promotions will be communicated via our official channels.
b. Mail-in Method:
- To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to:

- Each mail-in entry will count as 1 entry into the giveaway. If a multiplier promotion is active, your mail-in entry will be multiplied accordingly.
- Limit one mail-in entry per person per day.
c. Social Media Method:
- Follow us on Instagram at @ggcracing.
- Post a photo of your GGCRACING product and tag us in the post.
- Use the hashtag #GGCRACING20KGIVEAWAY.
- Each valid post will earn you 5 entries into the giveaway.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Prize will be awarded only upon winner redemption, confirmation, verification, and final approval by Sponsor. The potential winner will be contacted by the official email sales@ggcracing.com—no other email address will be used for this purpose. The potential winner will be sent a Declaration of Eligibility/Liability Release via email. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned to the Administrator within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
5. PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS:
- Grand Prize (1): The winner will receive $20,000 worth of parts from GGCRACING. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions will be offered.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of GGCRACING, which are final and binding in all respects.
- GGCRACING reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.
- GGCRACING is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or communications.
7. PUBLICITY:
By entering, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
GGCRACING is not responsible for any errors or problems that may occur during the giveaway, including technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond its control.
9. GOVERNING LAW:
The giveaway is governed by the laws of Florida Miami dade county, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
